Occupational Ergonomics (or human factors) is the scientific discipline concerned with the design of jobs, activities and workstation and their impact on the health and safety of employees. The goal of ergonomics is worker well-being and optimal system performance.  We will discuss basic ergonomics principles, the challenges and trade-offs of workstation station, and how you can improve your current office set-up.
